We service the majority of the Houston Area including Pasadena, Pearland, Sugarland, Missouri City, Friendswood, Cypress, Katy, Spring, The woodlands, Cinco ranch, Town lake, Midtown, Memorial, Houston Heights, Montrose, Uptown, Sugar land, Bellaire, Medical Center, River Oaks, West University, Jersey Village, & Klein. We bring all cleaning supplies needed to get your house spotless. We always try to meet the needs of our clients, so if you would like us to use a particular product you supply, we will. If you prefer, we can also use eco-friendly products. If you would like green cleaning services, please let us know so we can plan for this.

Absolutely, when booking or logging into your account, add any comments you would like to be applied to your service. Extra services can be found on our booking page. If you don’t see the add-ons/extras you want on the booking form, please call us to see if it’s something we can accomodate.

We take before and after photos of each service we provide for insurance purposes. We may make promotional use of these images on our websites and social media accounts. If you do not want pictures of your house used for advertising, please let us know.

We would greatly appreciate it if you moved any personal items off of countertops and if all items are picked-up from the floors.

  1. We do not move large appliances or furniture. If you would like us to clean behind a couch, bedframe, or dresser, please have it moved prior to our arrival.
  2. While we clean windows, ceiling fans, and cupboards, we do not clean areas that are not accessible with a 2-step ladder.
  3. We do not clean bio-hazardous substances (feces, blood, etc.) nor do we clean infested properties.
  4. We do not provide steam carpet cleaning.
 

Manage Your Account

You can submit a password change request on the customer login page at https://maidtochange.bookingkoala.com/login

Log into your account at https://maidtochange.bookingkoala.com/login and select “Forgot Password” and enter your email address, from there you will be prompted to complete a password reset.

Log into your account here and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

Simply go to our booking form and schedule your appointment online. Alternatively you can give us a call if there are any issues at all.

Trust Safety

All of our cleaners are interviewed in person and thoroughly vetted! As apart of our pre-screening process, a detailed nationwide criminal background check is completed on all of our cleaners.

Give us a call and please let us know right away, and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation ssl. Secondly our booking form has its own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

Yes. All cleaners go through a nationwide criminal background check as apart of our pre-screening process.

We guarantee satisfaction! That means if you are not completely satisfied please let us know within 24 hours we’ll come back to redo the job free of charge.
